Bob McNally

Bob has over four decades of software development, network design, and management expertise. Bob started his career in the bank services industry before launching Green River Associates with Jim Ryan. His areas of expertise include policy and procedure development, technical writing, project management, and data communications. Bob is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.

Rob Girard

Rob has over three decades of experience providing stellar technical support services for the hardware and software that powers the financial industry. Rob had a lengthy background in the bank servicing industry before joining Green River Associates in 2002. In the past, Rob has worked as a network support engineer and a network technician. His duties include Windows network design and installation, policy and procedure development, AD auditing, Office 365 administration, and remote monitoring and management.
